Billy Walker spends endless amount of time in the GlenAllachie 16 warehouses sampling across our range of casks dating back to the 1970s, with over 40,000 on site.
After sampling this vast range of casks Billy was keen to showcase GlenAllachie bottled at natural strength. When we received the keys to GlenAllachie Billy immediately set to work putting his fingerprint on our whisky: Scottish barley, 100-hour fermentation, slow distillation. We are delighted to introduce the GlenAllachie 10 year old Cask Strength–a limited edition product bottled at 58.2%.
